Tasha L. Eurich, Ph.D., Principal

Dr. Tasha L. Eurich is the Principal of The Eurich Group, a firm specializing in helping organizations succeed by improving the effectiveness of their leaders and teams. Her 10 year career in Leadership and Organizational Development has included roles as an external consultant and a direct report to both CEOs and human resources executives. With the majority of her work being with large, Fortune 500 organizations, Dr. Eurich's practice has spanned multiple industries, including engineering, construction, finance, non-profit, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, and municipal government. With a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and BAs in Theater and Psychology from Middlebury College, Dr. Eurich has served as an adjunct faculty member with Colorado State University's Undergraduate Management and Psychology Departments, and has guest lectured at the University of Denver's Executive MBA and Colorado State University's PhD programs. Dr. Eurich has been a featured speaker at dozens of industry conferences and has published articles in The Journal of Business Psychology and The Psychologist Manager's Journal. Her research on Generations at Work has been featured around the world. She has also served as the spokesperson for Rocky Mountain HR People and Strategy, appearing on Gregg Moss' business segment on 9 News (Denver, CO). In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, cycling, and spending time with her husband and their three rambunctious dogs.
