Karen Frey, VP & Managing Director
Karen Frey, Vice President and Managing Director of Resnik Partners | CPI Denver has been helping companies increase their business performance through identifying, selecting, developing and coaching executives for over 20 years. Her primary role at Resnik Partners is managing new business growth and client services. Resnik Partners is a Denver-based provider of leadership development, executive coaching and career transition services to Fortune 1000 companies nationally and internationally.
Karen’s success in Talent Management began early in her career within Talent Acquisition. For the 12 years prior to Resnik Partners, Karen was the Founder and President of Frey & Associates, a boutique executive search and career coaching firm. Her experience spans from a Fortune 100 company to start-ups in sales, recruiting and human resources. Those companies included The Quaker Oats Company, Sequent Computer Systems, (now IBM) and Ciber.
Karen has served on the Board of Directors for Florence Crittenton Services, a Denver-based nonprofit that empowers struggling teen families to be productive members of the community where she continues to be an active volunteer. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters, traveling, and playing golf. Karen has a B.S. from the University of Oregon and is a graduate of the Institute of Life Coaching Training. She is certified in Behavioral Interviewing from DDI as well as Professional DynaMetric Program assessments.
