Jeremy M. Eaves, Director, People Services DaVita, Inc.
Jeremy M. Eaves is Director, People Services at DaVita, Inc., a kidney dialysis company headquarted in Denver, CO. Eaves joined DaVita in 2010, and drives the human resource business partnerships with DaVita’s corporate business offices. Eaves’ tenure in human resources spans over 13 years in both the financial services and health care industries. Prior to joining DaVita, he held a variety of positions at ING, OppenheimerFunds, and KeyBank, all leaders in the financial services industry. Eaves is a member of HRPS, in addition to RMHRPS, and is a former board member of the Colorado Human Resources Association (CHRA). A native of Colorado, Eaves holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration, both from Colorado State University. He resides in Broomfield, CO with his wife and two sons where he’s coordinated and coached youth league soccer teams and trained for multiple marathons and ½ marathons.
